Tomadora ("we", "our", "us") is a desktop productivity application built by Aikolumi Software Private Limited. This policy explains how we handle your data.
What We Collect
- Account info: Email and username when you sign up (optional — the app works without an account).
- Learning progress: Course progress, completed lessons, XP, and question stats for spaced repetition.
- Integration tokens: If you connect Linear or Jira, we store OAuth access/refresh tokens to fetch your issues. We never store your issues or ticket content on our servers.
- Focus sessions: Duration and task name for your productivity stats.
How We Use It
- To sync your learning progress across sessions.
- To fetch your assigned issues from connected services (Linear, Jira) so you can focus on them.
- To provide spaced repetition and personalized learning.
Third-Party Services
- Linear: We use Linear's OAuth API to read your assigned issues. Linear's Privacy Policy.
- Atlassian/Jira: We use Jira's OAuth 2.0 API to read your assigned issues. Atlassian's Privacy Policy.
- Google Gemini: Used for AI-powered text-to-speech in language courses. No personal data is sent.
- AWS S3: Used to host app downloads and cache audio files.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on a secured PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS Lightsail. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in the database. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Data Deletion
You can disconnect integrations at any time from the app settings, which immediately deletes stored tokens. To delete your account entirely, email us at mo@naridon.com.
